Understand what you save, what opens and how your environment is organised.
Work by context
A project often needs several tools together. Preparing that group once reduces the repeated work of opening programs and arranging windows.
Five concepts

| Workspace | A saved group of applications and resources with their arrangement. |
| Virtual desktop | A Windows space separating windows without closing them. |
| Monitor | A physical screen connected to the computer. |
| Layout and zone | A layout divides a screen; a zone is one region. |
| Display profile | Another arrangement of the same workspace for a different setup. |
A workspace can span desktops and monitors. Several windows can share a zone. Sidebar selection displays its contents; Launch opens and arranges its windows.

This is a conceptual example. It does not control your windows or reproduce the full application interface.What is saved
The app saves how to reopen resources and where to place them. Capture alone does not preserve unsaved documents, application memory or website sign-ins.
A layout defines regions, not the programs to open. Begin with a recognisable task, two or three tools and a simple arrangement.
