Workspace Control data and context
Distinguish configuration, account services and context sent to assistants.
Three areas to distinguish

Choose assistant context
Review options for window titles, the active address, screenshots and selected documents. Share what the request needs. A locally stored note or screenshot can be sent to a provider when used as context. Consult its terms to understand how that data is handled.
Microphone and history
Check when acoustic listening, dictation and conversation are enabled. Stop them through their controls. In Utilities, pause or disable clipboard recording and review pinned entries before clearing history.
Memory and connections
Review memory preferences and remove ones you no longer want used. Manage credentials in Vault and connections. Disable assistant connections you no longer need. Do not include passwords or credentials in examples, shared screenshots or support requests.
