Agenda and calendar
Organize events, tasks and work sessions, with reminders, and add your external calendars to it.
Your agenda inside the app
The agenda brings your events, tasks and work or study sessions together in one calendar, with reminders. It is an agenda of its own, stored on your computer, to which you can add calendars you already use so you see them together.
Open the agenda
- Calendar in the footer of the sidebar, next to Help and Settings.
- Calendar in the Windows tray menu.
- The Open calendar command in the Omnibar, which works without AI.
It has month, week, day and list views, with search and filters by type and by calendar.
What you can save
An item can be an event, a task or a work or study session. It stores its date and time zone, color, notes, a link, the related workspace and the reminder lead time.
- Repeats: daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, with intervals and weekdays, until a date or a number of times. You can edit or delete a single occurrence or the whole series.
- Cycles: group activities by their relative position from a start, for example a sprint or a study plan. There are editable examples and you can create your own.
- All day: the reminder takes 09:00 local time as its reference.
Reminders
WhereSettingsCalendar
When a reminder arrives, the app shows a card and a notification. You can turn off On-screen calendar reminders: pending reminders are kept in the calendar and can appear when you turn them back on. Do Not Disturb is also respected.
Add other calendars
From Connections you can add external sources. All of them are read-only: the app brings their dates and changes, but does not write to them, send invitations or complete tasks at the source.
| Source | What it brings |
|---|---|
| ICS / Webcal | A calendar from its HTTPS address, with its repeats |
| Google Calendar and Outlook / Microsoft 365 | The calendars you choose from your account |
| Microsoft To Do | The lists you choose, with their dated tasks |
| Todoist | The projects you choose, with their dated tasks |
| Jira Cloud | Your assigned tasks; plus a section for tasks with and without a date and their sprint |
| CalDAV | Collections from compatible servers |
- You can add several accounts of the same provider and choose several calendars, lists or projects from each.
- Sync is automatic every ten minutes while the app is open, and you can also sync by hand. It brings a margin of 30 days back and 180 days ahead.
- Each connection has its own preferences: alerts, whether it shows in the agenda and the floating calendar, and automatic sync. Muting a calendar removes its pending alerts.
- Importing an ICS file creates local items you can edit.
Ask the AI
With an AI configured, the assistant can read and manage your local agenda: what you have this week, where there are free slots, whether two events overlap or a summary of the day. On external connections it only reads. Your connected AI agent has the same agenda available.
