Open a workspace with a shortcut, gesture or voice
Can I start my work setup with a hotkey, a mouse gesture or by speaking?
A workspace you can try
Assign a macro to your meeting workspace so one key combination opens it. Add the same workspace to a gesture wheel direction for mouse use, or say its name to the assistant.
How to set it up
- In Settings → Macros, select the workspace and choose launch, close or toggle.
- Assign an unused key combination, save and test it.
- Optionally enable the gesture wheel in Settings → Gestures and assign a direction.
- Optionally configure the voice assistant in Settings → Assistant and ask for the workspace by name.

For people who start the same tasks many times a day and want the fastest route: keyboard, mouse or voice, depending on the moment.
What to check first
Macros are kept per computer. Toggle can close windows, so save your documents before testing it. The number of gesture slots and the voice and AI features depend on your plan and on the services you configure.

What can a workspace macro do?
It can launch, close or toggle a specific workspace with a key combination you choose. You do not need to program a sequence.
Is the voice assistant required?
No. Voice and AI are optional and need a compatible plan and configured services. Macros and manual launching work without them.
