WORKSPACE LAUNCHER PRO · WINDOWS

Save and restore your Windows workspace

How do I reopen the same apps, tabs and windows every time?

A workspace you can try

Save a study workspace with your browser, notes and project folder. Next time, select that workspace and launch it to bring your tools back into their saved positions.

How to set it up

  1. Open the apps and resources you need and arrange their windows.
  2. Capture the current workspace or add its items manually.
  3. Review detected resources, exclude unwanted windows and save.
  4. Select the saved workspace and launch it. Check any compatibility notices.

When it helps

For people who switch between recurring tasks and want their tools and window arrangement ready together. Workspace Launcher combines launching resources with restoring their layout.

What to check first

A workspace is not a backup of unsaved documents, app memory or your entire Windows session. Resource detection and restoring individual tabs depend on the application. Installed apps, valid file paths and any required service sign-in are still needed.

Questions before you start

Can I save the windows I already have open?

Yes. Use Capture to turn your current desktop into a workspace, review what was detected and save it. You can also update an existing workspace from a new capture.

Does it restore unsaved documents?

No. It reopens configured resources and window positions. Save documents in their own apps first.
