How can I find a saved workspace or desktop action without opening every menu?

Find your saved Meeting workspace in quick search. If you need a different setup, describe the apps, notes and screen you want in chat, then review its proposed workspace before saving.

- Type the workspace or action you need and check the result.
- Select the matching action or workspace.
- For a new setup, open chat, describe the outcome and review the draft before saving.

The omnibar is not a universal search engine for every file or service. Available actions depend on the app and plan. The assistant does not install missing apps or turn a draft into a saved setup without your review.
