Ask for help in writing and review proposals before saving a task.
Choose the right entry point
Quick search finds workspaces and actions without browsing the interface. Open assistant chat to explain a task in natural language. AI features need a compatible plan and a configured provider.
Ask for a workspace
Describe the outcome: “Prepare a meeting with my browser and notes on the second desktop.” Name applications, documents, screens and what should stay visible. If information is missing, complete the proposal rather than accept generic destinations.
Review a draft
Check detected items, their resources and the proposed arrangement. A draft is not yet a final configuration: confirm and save when it is correct. Continue adjusting it through normal controls. AI does not replace installing the applications a task needs.
Memory and conversations
Memory stores preferences that help future requests, such as where you usually place tools. Review and edit it in the assistant panel; check that changes have been saved. Avoid keeping ambiguous preferences or information you do not want reused.
