Say “Open my meeting workspace”, then ask to move the selected notes window to your work desktop. Check the highlighted window and destination before allowing the action.
How to set it up
- Configure the services and microphone available to your plan.
- Choose the activation and conversation mode.
- Name the task and destination in a short request.
- Check the selected window and any proposed action.
- Review the result and use Undo when that action offers it.
When it helps
Useful when a spoken request is more convenient than moving through controls, especially for a named workspace or a window with a clear destination.
What to check first
Voice, recognition and AI availability depend on configuration and plan. This is not unrestricted automation of every Windows program. Window titles, URLs or screenshots may be shared with your provider when enabled as context.
