Workspace Routines and proactive notices
Receive useful suggestions without turning them into automatic launches.
Suggest routines
Enable Suggest routines if you want the app to observe programs you open manually at similar times over several days. Records stay on that computer. Disabling observation deletes the recorded observations.
What a suggestion does
The app can offer to save that set as a workspace and offer it daily at a chosen time. You decide whether to accept. An offer does not automatically open programs. Review the proposal’s name, items and time.
Manage schedules
Accepted offers appear in the routines list. Check whether they apply daily or on weekdays and remove ones you no longer need. An occasional task does not have to become a routine.

With notices on, the assistant speaks up on its own when something deserves it: one sentence on a small card, with a button when it helps. You choose what you are notified about:

| Screens | You connect or disconnect a screen with open workspaces; it helps you reposition their windows. |
| Timers | When a timer ends, the assistant suggests the next step. |
| Suggested routines | A detected routine; Suggest routines must also be on. |
How often it notifies
Choose "At most one notice every" 5, 10, 20, 30 or 60 minutes. The assistant's initiative (changed in Voice assistant) adjusts that interval: with ask first only important notices arrive and the interval doubles; balanced uses it as set; act halves it.
A screens notice does not mean windows were already repositioned: it is an invitation to do so. Routines and notices are optional; you can keep using manual workspaces.
