Workspace Routines and proactive notices
Receive useful suggestions without turning them into automatic launches.
Suggest routines
Enable Suggest routines if you want the app to observe programs you open manually at similar times over several days. Records stay on that computer. Disabling observation deletes the recorded observations.
What a suggestion does
The app can offer to save that set as a workspace and offer it daily at a chosen time. You decide whether to accept. An offer does not automatically open programs. Review the proposal’s name, items and time.
Manage schedules
Accepted offers appear in the routines list. Check whether they apply daily or on weekdays and remove ones you no longer need. An occasional task does not have to become a routine.
Notices with context
Proactive notices can report a completed task, an incomplete launch, a screen change or a timer. Adjust options and the checking interval in assistant settings. A monitor notice does not mean windows have already moved.
Do not disturb can discard notices. Check a task’s status directly when you need its result. Routines are optional: keep using manual workspaces if you prefer.
