You repeatedly open the same browser, notes and project tools before a daily meeting. Review the suggested workspace, its elements and schedule, and keep only the reminders you need.
How to set it up
- Enable routine suggestions if you want the optional local observation.
- Review a proposed combination, name and schedule.
- Accept only a routine that fits your work.
- Manage reminders, weekdays and assistant notices in Settings.
When it helps
For repeated work setups you want to recognize and save, with reminders instead of unattended launches.
What to check first
Observation is optional and local; disabling it clears the recorded observations. Suggestions are not automatic launches. Do not disturb, presentations and other conditions can suppress notices rather than queue them.
Questions before you start
Does accepting a suggestion automatically launch my apps every day?
The documented flow offers the workspace at its schedule. An offer does not automatically open the programs.
Will a silenced assistant notice appear later?
Notices suppressed by the documented Do not disturb behavior are discarded. Check the task state directly when needed.
