An environment profile stores the placement of workspace items for a screen setup. Keep one task with an arrangement for your laptop and another for a desk with external monitors.

Prepare a profileCopy Anchor Link

1. Review detected monitors and their aliases.
2. Adjust the saved placement of workspace items.
3. Open profile management and save the arrangement with a clear name.
4. Repeat with the other screen setup.
5. Launch the workspace and check the selected profile.

Selection and adaptationCopy Anchor Link

The app compares available screens with your profiles. A partial match or similar options may require a choice. Review the proposal instead of assuming every monitor is equivalent.

Saving a profile does not itself move open windows or immediately activate its layouts. Placement is applied when launching or restoring. This feature and adaptation options may depend on your plan. Read shared configuration to use a task on several computers.
