In Settings → Configuration, review the location of your configuration. A folder synchronized by your cloud service can carry workspaces between computers. Check availability and the number of activated devices in your account.

2. Open the shared configuration from its location.
3. Review application, folder and resource paths that differ between computers.
4. Identify monitors and choose the appropriate arrangement.
5. Test launching and correct proposed mappings.

Paths and screens may differ. Shortcuts and macros stay specific to each computer so combinations suit its keyboard and mouse. Sharing configuration does not install programs or copy your documents.

Avoid simultaneous changesCopy Anchor Link

Let your service finish synchronizing before editing on another computer. If it offers versions or conflicts, check which contains your latest changes. Keep a copy before moving an important configuration. Read privacy to distinguish shared configuration, account services and AI.

If the shared folder is unavailableCopy Anchor Link

If Drive, OneDrive or another provider is not running, the drive is not mounted or permissions are missing, the app shows "Local configuration · shared folder unavailable". Your changes are saved to a local copy on this PC, not synced, and that copy is kept. Start the provider, check the folder to reconnect it, and verify which copy holds the latest changes before editing on another computer.
