Workspaces

Organise your workspaces

Names, order, duplication and selection of saved environments.

One workspace per task

Choose recognisable names such as “Study”, “Client project” or “Weekly meeting”. They also help identify targets in macros and voice commands.

Select and reorder

Sidebar selection displays the items without launching the workspace or closing others. Reorder using the available controls or drag the list.

Edit the sidebar name to rename it. Then check automations that target that workspace.

Duplicate or adapt

The copy button creates another workspace with the original items. Give it a different name and adjust what changes. For the same tools on different screens, consider a profile.

Organise items

Edit, duplicate, reorder or disable entries. Disabling preserves configuration while excluding the entry from normal launches.

Delete and close

Deleting removes a saved definition. Cleaning acts on open windows. Read the dialogue to distinguish changing your list from closing applications.

Continue with adding resources.
